Red Crow Yoga Shala is a dedicated space for self cultivation located in Oakland's Grand Lake District. Classes are set at optimal times and the teachers, along with years of experience, teach with integrity for themselves, the student, and the practice. Emphasis is placed on patient learning for greater depth of understanding. We encourage students on a deeper cultivation of yoga through patient practice. While beneficial side effects may come quickly, sustained growth takes time!

about the name
Red refers to fire or Tapas. Crow refers to intelligence. Yoga refers to union. Shala means school. The red crow is a mythological motif found around the world that refers to the Sun. The symbol used comes from the Korean tradition.
