We are a new space and quite different from the neighboring yoga studios. we are serious yet playful, our main aim is to provide a place for you to learn and improve yourself and not for us to flaunt or become any more vata deranged. We have all studied, practiced, and teach from a place of integration and integrity. We live in the neighborhood and want to improved the environment not only ourselves but for everyone else.
